We take our corporate social responsibilities seriously as a manufacturer, investor, employer and consumer and we are committed to understanding, managing and monitoring our environmental and social impact. We reflect these commitments in a family of policies:

SUSTAINING OUR ENVIRONMENT

Recognising that our activities can impact on the environment, we have formalised an Environmental Policy which seeks to mitigate these effects and positively work towards achieving sustainable development by setting standards in environmental care.

MODERN SLAVERY ACT 2015

Watts of Lydney Group and its subsidiaries are committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or abroad, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

The health and safety of our people is of the highest priority and cannot be compromised. Our objective is to have a workplace free of incidents and injuries and our Health and Safety Policy is being constantly reviewed and adjusted where appropriate to achieve this aim.

We regard suppliers as our partners and we work with them to help us achieve our policy aspirations in the delivery of our products and services, encouraging them to adopt responsible business policies and practices for mutual benefit.
